Consequently, we have greater control over project cost, quality and scheduling. Our assembly processes include, but are not limited to; bearing installation, staking, riveting; <span style="color: #c0c0c0">stamping, bending, shearing and forming of both metallic and non-metallic materials;</span> brazing, soldering and testing techniques. We also offer a full service bonding facility. During our years of experience in the composite bonding area, we have developed tooling, equipment and know-how that allows us to approach just about any bonding project with an open-mindedness and confidence to accomplish some of the most challenging activities in this unique field. We have years of combined knowledge in the use of  epoxy and film adhesives; sealants; pre-preg fiberglass films; and the manufacture of anti-fretting materials from an array of composite materials.</span></p> <p class="boldtext"><span style="color: rgb(51,102,255)"><span style="font-size: medium">Machining</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left: 40px"><span class="bodytext1"><span style="font-size: 9pt">Whether we're machining your material or ours, we have the capacity and capability to produce quality parts in any quantity, from prototype to high-volume orders. We specialize in precision components that require us to consistently maintain tight tolerances. Our CNC mills, as well as lathes, are used to machine raw stock, extrusions, casting and forgings. Our machining capability is supplemented with secondary equipment for grinding, sawing, honing and threading. With the variety of materials currently available in the industry, no job is too large, too small or too challenging.  </span></span></p> <p class="boldtext"><span style="color: rgb(51,102,255)"><span style="font-size: medium">Processing</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left: 40px"><span style="color: #c0c0c0"><span class="bodytext1"><span style="font-size: 9pt">Currently, we are approved for the following Bell Helicopter Process Specifications, under QPS101, which allows us to perform the listed processes for anyone needing these products and/or services.
